The Diary game. “Embracing the Morning Calm, Fulfilling Duties, and Finding Joy in Simple Moments”
Greetings, dear friends, how are you all? I hope you all are fine and enjoying your day. I wish for you all good health, wealth and a prosperous time ahead. Today I am here to share with you yet another day of my life and I hope you all will get time to read and know about one more day of my life and also find it worthwhile to read and vote.
I got up very early in the morning, as I have been doing for a long time now, and as soon as I got up, I prepared myself for the morning prayer to start my day by paying gratitude to the Almighty. After performing ablution, I quickly reached the nearest mosque. I offered the morning prayers and started my day with peace and positivity. I spent a little more than an hour there in the mosque, and only after making some supplications did I head back to my place.
As soon as I reached home, I immediately got into some gardening work. I planted the saplings I had bought a day earlier and watered the lawn. I removed the weeds and placed the vases in their appropriate spots—some in the shade and others in direct sunlight. After making the garden look nice, I did some physical exercises to help burn calories and to stay agile and fit throughout the day. It also helps me embrace a sense of positivity.
We usually consume a high-calorie diet as a part of our lifestyle here in the valley of Kashmir, and to burn these excess calories, doing some physical exercise early in the morning is quite important. Ever since I got appointed in the government department, I usually get very little time for physical activity, unlike earlier when I had ample time for such things. Now that I hardly get any time during the day, doing physical exercises early in the morning has become a priority.
I had my breakfast with my parents, who were already in the dining room waiting for me to join them. After that, I got ready for the office. Today was an important day at work. Upon reaching my office around 10:15 AM, I immediately dived into my daily activities, which are part of my official duties. I had to verify some photographs that the field workers had uploaded on the attendance portal developed exclusively for the employment generation program, where we provide at least a hundred days of employment to the people.
I meticulously checked all the photos, as there are often loopholes or possible manipulations. Though the system is now integrated with AI to detect such things, the verification still needs to be done at the block level. I also helped my colleagues with some grievance redressal and formulated replies to grievances filed through online channels.
Once we were done with all our official work, I, along with two other colleagues, left for some official duties at the directorate office located in Srinagar. After finishing our work there, we got an opportunity to spend some time together and enjoy some snacks. Today, we went to a restaurant named Bedwin, where we had momos, and honestly, the food was worth it. It was so tasty that I still crave it and pray to have it again. We plan to head back to that restaurant in a couple of days to enjoy the food again.
Later in the day, upon returning home, I went to see the preparations the local youth had made for the religious program conducted yearly in our village, where thousands of people come to take part in the religious convocation and enjoy the food prepared on a mass scale. I was quite impressed with the preparations made in such a short span of time. Later in the evening, I headed back home around 10 PM, had my dinner, and then went to my room to go to bed and recharge myself for the next day.
It was all about my day.Thank you for going through my post. Have a great time ahead.
