The Diary Game: Shop Runs And Cooking For Family 03-10-2025

Hello ladies and gentlemen of steemit, how are you doing? I am @joychi102 your favourite friend in steemit and today is another memorable day. I would be so petty if I don't share it with my steemit friends, so let me just share it by the way.

Earlier today, I was awake and I prepared myself to my store. My husband went there before me to open the shop for me so that I can go and attend to my customers while he came back home to prepare to go to his own Boutique. When I got to the store, the first person I attended to came to buy garri and I measured it for her. Then swept the shop because my husband couldn't wait to sweep as he was already running late.

When I finished attending to the first customer and sweeping the floor, I took some drinks and refilled the chiller while we had electricity because they might take it and decide not to give us again and no one will dare query them because they have strong backing supporting the inhumane act.

I was there till afternoon and when my kids school closed, I called their class teachers to make sure they were being sent home safe and sound, she made it happen and when they came to the shop, I have them the house key to go back home and eat their lunch because I left their lunch in the dining. I was only hoping it doesn't get cold even when I put it in a food flask.

When they finished, I called my daughter and told her to bath his brother and also take her own bath before coming to the shop. When they came, I allowed them rest a while before I sent then to their home lesson teacher. I was still in the shop alone even till evening before my husband came back to join me there.

When my husband came to the shop, I told him to take over so I could go back home and bath then change up because I was sweating profusely because of the hot weather. When I finished bathing, I changed up and came back to the shop. When I came to the shop ,I was asked to measure the colour so that tomorrow we can sell them and I did that but my son was complaining of hunger.

My son was almost crying so my husband told me to take some things back home for dinner, then I took noodles and eggs back home so that I can prepare it for all of us and that was what my son wanted to eat so everyone would eat same.

When I came back home, I prepared the food with speed and within minutes, I was done so I dished it for my daughter and also fed my son before I bathed him. When he finished bathing, I gave him his medication and he went to bed to rest.

While I was still washing the bathroom and waiting for husband to come back home from the shop, there was electricity so I turned on the fan so that the parlour I mopped would dry and also applied speed in the cleaning and I was done before my husband came back home and we ate before I wrote this diary for today.
