There are many sweets made from fruits and vegetables. I have already made them many times and I have also posted them as recipes on Steemit. For example,
carrot Halva,

These are very easy to make and contain a lot of nutrients. It is good to eat it at home. It is very healthy for children. I have often cooked it at home and given it to my children. I have shared its recipes many times on Steemit.

Papaya Halwa

I have made a sweet dish called Papaya Halwa for this competition. It is very easy to make contains lots of nutrition, very good to serve in any occastions.

INGREDIENTS

💚 Papaya 💚 Sugar 💚 Ghee 💚 Almonds 💚 Cashew nuts💚 Raisins

Step1 :

First, take a papaya fruit, peel it well, clean it well

Step 2 :

Then cut it into small pieces, put the cut pieces in a mixer jar, grind it to a paste

Step 3 :

Put a pan on the stove and heat it, add two tablespoons of ghee and heat it, then add the ground papaya puree and mix it well until it boils well and becomes thick

Step 4 :

At the same time, cut cashew nuts, almonds, raisins etc. into small pieces and fry them in ghee, take two spoons and add them to the pan, add to the papaya and mix well.

Step 5 :

After mixing well and becoming somewhat solid, take a glass bowl rub ghee and grease it, and then pour this mixture into the glass bowl and level it with spoon

Step 6 :

Then keep it in the freezer for two hours.

Step 7 :

After two hours, take it out and cut it into the desired shape with a knife and place it on a plate.

Do you face any difficulty during making this recipe.

I didn't have much difficulty doing this, however, when heating the papaya mixture, it boils and sprays, which can cause injury if it hits the body. At the same time, spraying can make the surroundings and the kitchen dirty, so you have to keep mixing it in low heat. It takes about half an hour for this mixture to condense. We all have to heat it for half an hour, which makes it a lot of work.
