It has become part of me not to trash anything no matter how bad it is.
Hello friends welcome to blog where I transformed old items into new ones.

In my today's post, I will share with us how I renewed my old Crocs shoes to a brand new jeans shoes.

This Crocs shoes was last use last year, it was a white Crocs shoes and I have used it for over 2 years and finally abandoned it last year because I was not able to wear it outside again.

Before I proceed, there are some materials I used in achieving this new shoes

MATERIALS USED ARE

IMG_20250630_172704_826.jpg

  • old Crocs pair of shoe
  • old jeans trouser
  • adhesive glue
  • maker

The listed materials above are what I use in achieving this beautiful Crocs shoes

Firstly before I start, I make sure I wash the Crocs shoes very well to avoid sand, then I dry it outside in the sun for the water to dry off.

From the picture above you can see that the shoe was not in good condition anymore.

After drying the shoes, I applied adhesive glue to both legs and I drop it under the sun to dry .

Then I cut the size of the jeans that I will use and cover the shoes, both legs.
Then I checked if the glue has dry off on the shoes. When I checked, It was okay, so I use the jeans rag to cover the shoes all round as you can see from the picture.

After covering the old Crocs shoes with old jeans, I used scissors to trim out the excessive, making sure the the covering is very neat, the I put in my legs to see if it was in perfect look and shape.

Then the next step was to cover the inside of the shoe so that someone won't see the old part of the shoe.

With another pieces of jeans, I took measurements using the back of the shoe, then I use maker to trace the size so that I can use it to cover the inside.

Then I applied glue again on the inside, keep it under sun to dry, when it was dry, I use the size of the jeans that I took measurements, I use it to cover the inside of the shoe, this save as shoe pad.

Then I needed to add extra beauty to the shoe, so I cut out the waist of the jean, I use it to design too of the shoe and behold it was beautiful.

At this point, this was the end and the shoe came out so beautiful, I even wore it to church today.

This the video link of my work from the scratch to the end. With the video one will clearly understand how I went about it.

This is something else, instead of the normal making of shoes you created something unique and creative. Nicely done of you and the steps are very well explained to follow. Bravo and outstanding creativity
