Good afternoon my dearly beloved steemians across the globe, happy weekend to you all, I trust your day is going well. I am excited to be here to participate in this very contest been organized by our dear admin @jyoti-thelight on the theme: Food Dairy Game.
I will be showing you how I prepared my beans, and the step by step process of making it and all the ingredients I used, please sit tight and read to the end, thanks.
The ingredients

Beans
Onions
Maggi
Binga fish
Fresh pepper
Red oil
Salt
I washed the beans and put into the pot and places it on the cooker, when it started boiling I sifter out the water off it then I put the sliced onions and covered it to boiled for about 30minutes.
When the beans has soften totally, I started adding the ingredients into the beans one after the other.

I stirred all the ingredients all together inside the pot of beans, then I covered it to boil again for about 10minutes, after that minutes of boiling, I just added another onions and red oil into the pot of beans, I stir it and allowed it to simmer for 5-10minutes.

After 10 minutes, my beans was done and ready to be consumed.

Then I served myself some portions which I used in drinking garri.

I love eating beans a lot because of it's numerous health benefits which we all know, which are below:
Bean is very high in protein and dietary fiber, making them a great option for vegetarians.
Beans are also generally low in fat and Cholesterol making them a heart healthy choice.
Beans helps in regulating blood sugar levels and thereby help in managing insulin sensitivity.
