I Prepared Delicious Meals Today: Here Are The Recipes
I keep telling you, I am one person that loves cooking and if I wasn't a footballer, I would've chased a career in the food industry and make a name for myself. Anyways, cum Christmas, I will be cooking for people and I pray it goes well. I went straight up to my kitchen immediately I woke up and here I was when I was steaming the meat I wanted to use. Okay, I used chicken for the meat.
I craved thick stew, salmon salad and white rice and that was exactly what I cooked today. Okay, after steaming the meat, I cut the fishes I bought into pieces and then I steamed it seperately with the meat. I know some people steam meat and fish together but for me, I prefer doing them apart because they have different texture and while meat can withstand rigorous turning, fish can't so I handle both differently.
When I finished with steaming the fish, I poured my tomato paste into a pan and began to boil it, I added a little water to it so it can get a little watery. I do not like mixing my tomato at once because if I do, it gets to slap a bit while I am eating reason I do steam it on fire before frying it with oil. For today, I used olive oil and fried the meat and fish. I used it to make the stew as well.
While I was doing all of these, I had made sure I was boiling my rice so that immediately I was done with the stew and salad, I will just eat because this cooking took me a whole lot of time to finish up. When I was done, I took my bath. Came back inside and made the salad. Now here are the ingredients I used;
For stew
• Tomato
• Chilli pepper
• Fish
• Chicken
• Olive Oil
• Salt
• Seasoning cubes
• Curry powder
• Thyme
• Garlic
• Ginger
• A little water
For Salad
• Salmon seed
• Carrot
• Honey
• Mayonnaise
Here we go; Salmon salad, thick stew and white rice
Those are all I needed to prepare this delicious meal. You can try it out, you will love it. This is the second time I am making something like this and my flatmate won't even let me eat as much as I had wanted to eat. But I love it because I like it when people enjoy my meals.
For my evening food, I made fruity salad. Who, how I love eating this because of how it makes me feel, let's be very honest, food is really a joy giver and if you are sad, try eating something nice and check out how therapeutic it came be. These are all the mixtures in the fruity salad;
• Banana
• Green apple
• Pawpaw
• Watermelon
• Groundnut
• Pineapple
• A drop of honey
I really want to advocate that people should eat good always, it doesn't matter your budget, just be sure to eat well. And if you can't afford for now, do not worry, time is coming when these won't be an issue. I love everyone and I am sending so much love from Ashdod.
