The Diary Game: A Sumptuous Meal And A Joyful Reunion (21-06-2025)

Good evening my beautiful people, trust you're good? Happy Sunday and a blissful new week blessings to y'all. Did you go to church, if yes hope you included us that didn't go in your prayers. I'm actually fine but didn't go to church today, I felt reluctant even though I woke up very early. The gist is not about today so let's pause right there and go into the reason I'm here. Y'all know when I show up here, it's gonna rain diary game so let's get right into the deal. I woke up yesterday feeling so happy, it was because I was gonna have my best meal and it was gonna be prepared by my best human. You know that feeling right? When your friend is a good cook and all his meals are always sumptuous, isshhh! Don't tell him so he won't feel pompous like a peacock. I eagerly anticipated the breakfast after doing my chores, I was asked to have my bath before eating but I didn't prefer it that way because I knew how much I'll sweat after eating so I'd rather eat before having my bath. Breakfast was ready in a bit, my friend can be so fast about this cooking thing but then it will always come out nice.

I ate so much food that my friend got scared for me and even asked if I'd be able to walk after eating but then I didn't care because the meal was everything I craved for. It's been long I had a meal with so much seafoods and chewables in it, I made sure to eat it the way I had fantasied it. After the meal, I waited for fifteen minutes for it to digest before having my bath and went to bed. I actually just wanted to have some rest but didn't know when I fell asleep and when I woke up, my friend showed me this picture he took of me while sleeping and damn, girl's so fine even while asleep, I still radiate beauty!

It was afternoon when I woke up from sleep, i picked up my phone and scrolled through my social handles as I had no where to go, my friend had stepped out to watch match and I didn't want to join him so it was kind of boring but I received a call that changed my mood. I had lost contact with my brother since last year and all efforts made to reach him was in futility but while fiddling my phone yesterday, a strange number called and it turned out to be my brother when I picked. I was so happy to hear his voice, he told me of how his phone spoilt and worked towards getting a new one, though it wasn't easy for him but he actually got one some days ago and decided to call me. Joy wan finish me, I never thought that something bad had happened to him but kept my hope alive that he'd reach out to us and it came to pass. He ran out of airtime and I stepped out to recharge my line so I could call him back.

I was out of data and airtime so I went to a POS spot and asked the attendant to hotspot me so I could make transfer to him and collect cash, I used the opportunity to recharge my him when he hotspot me and also made the transaction. I got my cash and went back home, I called my brother when I got home and we continued our conversation. He told me that he would've gotten a phone a long time ago but he had to suspend it to set up his business first, I was happy for my brother. And I know my parents will be so proud of us, were actually taking big steps to shaping out future.

It was evening already and my friend came back from the field and he didn't come back empty-handed but with some corns. I love corns especially when it's paired with pear, soft and fresh corns at that. I rushed it and my friend even tagged me a foodie like he didn't know I was one. I had my bath later, came on here to blog before going to bed. That's my Saturday in print guys, thanks for reading and see you on my next post.
