This or That " contests - Is it better to live in a village or a city?

Hello friends how are you all doing today I hope all is well and you all are having a nice and wonderful day, today I will be taking part in the this and that contest organize by @jyoti-thelight which is titled "Is it better to live in a village or a city?"

The controversy surrounding this question needs an immediate answer, as so many people actually believe that living in the village is better than staying in the city, based on their own reasons, while some people also think the other way around.

So, in my entry, I will be stating the various advantages and disadvantages of each, finally giving a clear result as to which amongst the two is better.

VILLAGE VS CITY

---

The village, to some people, is a peaceful place of retirement and a place where they can have peace of mind. Also, to some people, the village can be an ideal place for business, mostly local productions.

Most people prefer living in the village because you don't actually have to buy everything from the market, and for that, they say that village life is simple and affordable as compared to city life.

Advantages to village life

---

• Things in the village are cheap and affordable
• Not everything are being purchased from the market mostly vegetables can be grown from your yard at home
• Rent in the villages are very much affordable
• It is much more quiet for those that love that kind of environment
• It exposes a person to the culture of a certain place

Disadvantages of village life

---

• Village life limits a person exposure to learning new social values
• It can be boring seeing the same set of faces everytime
• Village life offers low and limited education as compared to city life
• Limited employment opportunities and lack of some various amenities and resources

CITY LIFE

---

meanwhile to some people city life is the best life because it has more to offer as compared with village life, though in some cases it can be too expensive to live in and even more difficult to cope with but to some people it's worth it.

Advantages of city life

• It overs various choices for young entrepreneur to establish their businesses
• It helps people to meet new people and socialize
• Life in the city offers access to advanced services and amenities
• It offers advanced jobs for higher chances of salary as compared to village life
• Living in the city can help in building a person's social values
• It offers great educational structures

Disadvantages of city life

---

• It may be too expensive to afford
• Certainly almost everything are being paid for
• Too noisy for those that loves quiet environments
• City life doesn't really give room for local traditions

Overview

---

Well, in this case, we have seen that living in the village, you tend to enjoy the peace and quiet of the environment, and it's cheap and affordable to live in while exposing you to nice and rich cultures. Meanwhile, living in the city exposes you to higher opportunities in life through business and the people you meet daily.

So, for me, I think that city life is actually the best, though it has so many disadvantages, like having to cope with things as little as toilet fees. But everyone wants to make a difference someday, and you can only do that in the city because it tends to offer more compared to living in the village.
