This morning I woke up at 6 am. I washed my hands and face and got fresh. Then I went to the kitchen to prepare breakfast. Shortly after I entered the house, there was a loadshedding. So I could not prepare breakfast. I fed my son milk and conflex in the morning and sent him to school to take the exam. When my son went to school, I went to take a rest without cooking but fell asleep. I woke up early to pick up my son and went to school. I prepared breakfast. It took me about 10:30 to pick him up from school. Then we all had breakfast together. Today's breakfast was bread and toast with eggs.
That day, my sister's son-in-law came to my house and brought me some wood apples when he came. Today, I came from school in the afternoon and was tired in this heat. So we all ate some wood apples together. Wood apples are very useful in preventing constipation. Moreover, wood apples work well in solving this problem for those who have digestive problems.
Biryani is a very favorite dish of food lovers. Biryani is my favorite dish. Today I cooked chicken biryani at noon. To me, biryani seems like a complete meal. Both protein and carbohydrates are available in this biryani at the same time. Chicken biryani is easy to cook and takes less time. Children also love to eat chicken biryani. Chicken is a very good source of protein .
I wanted to eat something spicy in the evening. I washed the guava well, cut it into pieces, mixed it with chili, salt and mustard seeds and ate it. It was very tasty to eat. Guava is a fruit that is available all year round and is relatively cheap. So to fulfill the vitamin requirement, I especially prefer local fruits, especially guava.

Today's dinner was on my list of food, luchi and rui fish soup. It was very yummy to eat hot fulko luchi with fish soup. However, those who have gastric problems should avoid this because gastric problems can increase, although sometimes you can eat 2 or 1 piece of luchi if you want. With the completion of dinner, my food diary for the whole day is complete today.

Hola amiga @rauja, me dió gusto leer su diario de alimentos, me sentí apenada porque en Bangladesh también padecen de cortes de energía eléctrica muy parecido que en mi amado país Venezuela, por ahora estoy en otro país y por acá no hay ese problema.
Los platos que preparaste se ven muy deliciosos, me extraña que por tu país comen la guayaba condimentada, me gusta pero naturalita sin aditivos.
