Fish Curry Recipe
Welcome, everyone, to my new block. How are you all? I am also fine. Today, I will share one recipe with you all, and I hope you all like it. Making this recipe is a little difficult. But you just have to follow some simple steps and finish this yummy dish without wasting any time. Let's start. This is the most famous recipe of all the Bengali recipes because most Bengali people love this dish. I know many of you are thinking What is this dish.

Bengali-style fish curry
INGREDIENTS
- Fresh Rohu Fish
- Garlick and ginger paste
- Onion Paste
- Oil
- Salt
- Chopped tomato
- Garam masala, Turmarick, Red chili powder
STEP 1
Early morning, I went to the fish market and bought fresh Rohu fish. Then wash all the fish and clean them properly. Next, I grand 2 medium-sized onions in the mixer and chopped half a tomato. Yesterday night I already made garlic ginger paste and put it in the fridge.
STEP 2
I take one plate and take all the fish and add salt and turmeric, and then I properly marinate all the fish in it. Next, I turned on the gas and put the kadai on it, then I added mustard oil and left it to warm up the oil. Next, I add 3 pieces of fish into the oil and fry them properly. I fried all the fish into 5 batches. This step is time taken to fry in a low to medium flame till the fish golden.
Suggetion
When you fry the fish, keep the gas flame low to medium, then the fish fry very nicely. If the gas flame is on high flame, the fish becomes golden, but the inside fish is not cooked properly.
If anyone likes to eat fish fry, they can have it. My husband likes fish fry, so I serve this fish fry along with lemon slices and onion, and chat masala.
STEP 3
Next, I add my onion paste and cook it till it changes color a little brown. Then add garlic and ginger paste again and cook it very nicely. In this stage, add salt, turmeric, garam masala, and red chili powder, and cook all the masala nicely. Cooked all the masal on a medium flame for 3 to 5 minutes very nice aroma comes.
STEP 4
Next, add all the fried fish and a little water, and cook it nicely. Then again, add water to your how much grave you want here. I add 1 small glass of water, leave it on a low flame for 5 to 10 minutes, and to fish curry is ready to serve.
