Welcome to my belog,How are you all my dear chef.I am @roohiasif99 from.pakistan.Ihope they are fine too.I am also fit and fabulous .Today again here I am participating SLC-s23//w#5 Exploring the global cuisine(Venezuela cuisine) I am enjoying participating in this engagement challenge.through this challenge .I had learned many more new and exciting international cuisine.I am very Grateful for mam suboohi .she was arranging such a nice home task.and again Thankful for steemit learning challenge.This week we have learned Venezuela cuisine. Arroz con Polly vegetables or Rice. Rice chicken with vegetable.Today I will make this Recipe with my own style.I hope you like it and give me a valuable feed back.Actually I am very keen to try new dishes.And some tricks and techniques that make food tastier.because I am cooking lover and it's my passion.

what is new for you from the course,any spices and cooking technique or any thing that want to share?
We have learned many things in our previous classes.but This week we have learned Venezuela cuisine.The very special For this recipe using different herbs,spices like rosemary,thyme. Worcestershire sauce because these spices are new for me.Before this I did not use spices in food.for this recipe I am using different spices. When we made food .The taste is very awesome. But some cooking techniques are resembles for Pakistani cuisine.Every country had it's own cultural,traditional Venezuela cuisine it's own style.some dishes are using grilling technique,some are frying method and some are stewing.

Arroz con polly vegetable Rice with chicken and vegetable

Chicken | 700gm |
Oil | As required |
Salt | 2 table spoon |
Dry origami | 2 table spoon |
Thyme | 2 table spoon |
Dry Rosemary | 2 table spoon |
Clove | 8 4 for meat ,4 for Rice |
Garlic crushed | 2 table spoon |
Peas | Half cup |
Capsicums | 1 large size |
Carrot | Half cup |
Onion | 1 big size ( chopped) |
Potatoes | 2 (optional) |
Black paper | 3 table spoon |
Cuminseeds | 2 table spoon |
Worcestershire sauce | 2 table spoon |
Red chilli | 1/2 table spoon |
Green chilli | 3/4 (optional) |
Tomatoes | 2 (chopped) |

Procedure
Wash the chicken properly then add in chicken all the spices Thyme, oregano , and cuminseeds,Rosemary ,worcestershire sauce,salt,black paper mix well properly.( marinated chicken for 30 minutes).

I am using some fresh vegetable and some frozen vegetables.capsicum ,potatoes,onion I am using fresh,and carrot,peas frozen vegetable .

Wash the vegetables properly .Cut the onion in slice,then cut the juline size in capsicum,Tomatoes and green chilli .(Potatoes are optional) My family is potatoes lover.so I add this dish.i cut the potatoes then boiled then add in vegetable.

Heat the oil in pen .add onion ster fry then add onion, capsicum 🫑.then add some frozen vegetable.

On the other pen add marinated chicken .frying untill the chicken tender and juicy .Marinated chicken rots quickly, it is already prepared with spices .

Soak the water in Rice in twenty minutes .I am using good quality banaspaty Rice.boiled the rice add chicken and mixed well vegetables.add three cup of water.soak the water in rice add vegetables and covered it.

Final presentation of my Recipe
Now it's ready to serve.my delicious yummy cuisine ready .it's looks very perfect The taste is awesome .my family enjoying this delicious dish.I hope you must try at Home my children are very happy after eating this new dish, And I have promised my children that I will make this dish again.
Is your local cuisine has any food that resembles with the shared recipe?
If course .I am Pakistani.There are many Pakistani dishes that match this dish like Pulow Biryani,vegetable biryani,but some ingredients has same but some are changed.The shape of the Pulo, which it is, looks just right but taste are different.very unique,delicious.Before this, I have not eaten any venzine food, but I made it for the first time, so I realized that it is really delicious food.
which flavour or spices do you like from venzine cuisine?
I like many spices in venzine cuisine like oregano,Red chilli,Thyme. black paper these spices are very strong flavour.The aroma of these spices are very unique.and I also liked strew vegetable it's main cuisine of venzine cuisine.frying method is also interesting in Venezuela dishes .These spices are also used in our local cuisine like black paper,cumin,Red chilli.same as garlic is the key ingredients of venzine and Pakistani cuisine.its flavour enhance the cuisine.

Hola amiga saludos desde Venezuela, wuuau, que rico plato de arroz con pollo, este plato es bastante sencillo y facil de preparar, lo que hace atractivo el mismo, es la variedad de colores de los vegetales y por supuesto el pollo y cualquier tipo de proteína que le puedas anexar. Lo maravilloso de la gastronomía que puedes preparar maravillosa y ricas comidas, aún con lo poco que se pueda tener en casa. Todo es cuestión de ingeniar y un toque de amor ❤️ para que sepa rica. Me alegra que hayas probado esta receta y le añadiste tu toque personal para tu disfruté y el de tu familia. Algunas personas cocinan el arroz y el pollo por separado, otros cocinan el pollo adicionando luego el arroz y los líquidos para que se cocine, a veces es cuestión de gustos y de practicidad.
