Recipe||Crispy potato triangles recipe ๐๐||

Assalam o alikum welcome to my blog I am @sualeha from Pakistan it's pleasure for me to share the recipe of crispy triangles ,you can enjoy it as a appetizer,starter in your menu .So guys with out ado let's move on the today's recipe blog I hope you all are being with me till end ....
- Cooking time :30 minutes
- Serving size:6 to 7 person
Ingredients list |

1/2 kg boiled potato |
Chopped onion |
Green chillies |
Salt yo taste |
Bread sliced |
Cooking oil |
Crushed chillies |
Chat masala |

- Step :1
First I soaked the bread sliced in water then soaked chopped water and chopped finely from knife .

- Step :2
I washed potatoes from water then boiled potatoes
Then peeled off skin and mashed it by the folk or any mashing tool.
- Step :3
I mashed potatoes then add soaked chopped bread sliced in it then added chicken chunks in it.

Now added corn flour,chopped onion , green chillies,powder spices in it .

- Step :4
Take a chopping board placed potatoes mixture and set it in long strip rectangle shaped .
Tried to combined the mixture well it's help out in making and cutting triangles..
Cut the triangles from potatoes mixture like this ... By sharp knife .
- Step :5
Now it's time to fring the potatoes triangle.. give colours on both sides and strained out from cooking oil .

Final presentation
It's beautiful final results of my snacks ,it's yummy,l and healthy as well ,so please try out on my recommendation ideally for parties,school.lunch boxes and social media as well .

I hope you knew an other healthy recipe once again from my side . Potatoes, onions, green chillies, bread a healthy combination specially good for all ages . Potatoes having good carbohydrates,sugar and healthy nutritional contents so add in your growing kids daily like as well ,it's weigh gaining in nature so moderately incorporate in daily meals .Boiled potatoes are more healthier then fried ..
