Winter treat Carrot pudding (Gajrelaa)
Hello guys welcome to my blog, today I like to share Pakistani traditional recipe of carrot pudding called Gajrelaa,in urde Carraot pronounce gajar so it's called Gajar made rice pudding actually... So guys let's move on our today's recipe...
Ingredients we need
|Carrot 1/2 kg|
|Milk 1 litter|
|1cup sugar|
|5 green cardamom|
|Dry nuts|
- Procedure step by step
Step :1
First I poured milk in a pan let it boiled for 15 minutes on low flame .
- Step :2
Now add soaked rice in the milk and cooked on medium flame till rice tender completely.
- Step :3
Now add grated carrots in the milk rice mixture for 15 minutes.
- Step :4
Now add sugar in it till I would melt .
Step :5
Now add 1 cup fresh cream on it .keep the flame slow and cooked for 15 minutes.
- Step :6
Cooked well till all ingredients tender well like paste .
- Step ;7
Dish out the rice pudding on large pot and set a side for cool.afyer that sprinkle chopped nuts like almonds, coconut and raisins in it .

Tadaa it's final presentation of my carrot pudding it's traditional dessert mostly cooked in winter at every home in Pakistan
It's very good in taste and healthy as well.the healthy ingredients like carrots,milk and nuts .

Many people say carrots are great for eye health. However, not many people know that carrots can damage the eyes. This is serious; if a carrot were to be stabbed in the eye, it would be damaged and painful.
LOL. Don't take it too seriously, I'm just kidding. I'm tempted by grajela. Indian food is very much suited to the Indonesian palate.
