I have always been a bit of a history fan, so that was a familiar name to me.
oh I thought she was talking about Matt Warner, wrong outlaw. Yes, good memory, he was completely changed when he got out so that makes two men that were! The percentage of reformed ex cons is still really low, probably 5 or 10 percent.
