There definitely need to be controls on Trump, but also on other leaders who are trying to bypass the democratic process. They go all-out to discredit the existing political systems as well as the media so they can control the agenda. Trump considers himself a tough businessman, but I wonder if he really wants to get into actual wars where lots of Americans are likely to die. Striking out is easier than negotiating which may not look so good to voters even if it's better for the world.
