Went to play pickleball at NUSS on Wednesday for the first time after a trip to Genting Highlands. Bad news was I hurt myself with my own paddle and my knee had a bad bruise. Luckily, I carry a bottle of pain balm and it helped to relieve the pain.
周三去新加坡国立大学协会会所打匹克球，这是去云顶高原旅行后第一次去。坏消息是我不小心用自己的球拍弄伤了膝盖，伤得淤青了。幸好我带了一瓶止痛膏，缓解了疼痛。

Went back to Toa Payoh to meet my wife for dinner at a vegetarian restaurant. We spent about $16.

Went to Valu$ shop to look around and I was in luck. They have stock of the pain balm and I decided to buy two bottles.
