The Diary Game|| September 28, 2025|| " Our Simple Zone Feast Here at The Town"

All of us has different kinds of traditions just like festivals and here in our Country Town or Zone Fiesta are very popular celebrating bountiful blessing we recieved for a year. As for that , We also celebrate and making processions with our Patron. Yesterday, I forgot that our Zone is celebrating a simple fiesta but my Mother-in-Law told me that we will attend procession for our Patron. It was 6 in the morning when church goers and devotees started to arrived at the Chapel bringing flowers and prayer books. We kept waiting for a few minutes to others to come and we expectedly lots of church goers to arrived and join the processions. We started to do processions at exactly 7 in the morning, a perfect time to do the activities so we can avoid intense heat. As we started to do processions, other brought some chargeble sound speaker and played the worship songs while others are praying. We marched by three zones since this activities is included three places called Katilingban or Community.

My Father-in-Law was one who carried the Patron along with one of our neighbor. We take almost two hours of processions and I was feeling blessed today.

A Group Picture of the Church Goers and Devotees:

After almost two hours of processions, we finally arrived back at the chapel. Before we entered the place, first we take them a photoshoots served as a remembrance of the holy activities this year. This Group of Devotees and Church Goers including my Partner's Parents are also at the photos. They really felt happy and proud doing the activities and after taking them a pictures we decided to entered inside of the chapel. The Mass schedule has been change instead morning, the priest told us that in four in the afternoon the church Mass will be held here at the chapel. So there are still lots of time cleaning the entire chapel and preparing the things to use during at Mass.

Cleaning Activities at the Chapel:

The next thing we did was to cleanes the entire chapel, arranging the wooden long chairs and sweeping the floor inside of the chapel. Everybody was helping with each other while residents also very busy preparing hundreds of pack lunch to he distributed after the Mass. Lots of flowers decorated at the altar and sound systems are also well prepared. A moment later, some residents also came and willingly to help cleaning the place and it was finally finished at the exact time before Noon time.

The Patron Saint we brought during the Processions was also well placed at the altar so the priest can annointed it with holy water very easily. Flowers are also decorated surroundes in the Patron and the job was taken by Women Club here at the Zone.

Visiting Our Neighbor's House for A Banquet:

It takes almost an hour of the cleaning and preparing activities and after that, one of our neighbor invited us to their house to have lunch and we gladly accepted her request since this kind of tradition is inviting and gave some foods to others. As we arrived at our neighbor's home, they served us with this delicious foods, rice and softdrinks and we really had a great time doing funny and interesting conversations. We spend lots of time there and for the priest to arrived and it was four oclock in the afternoon when lots of people are already at the chapel.

Church Mass:

Exactly 4 in the afternoon when the chapel was filled with church goers and devotees. Others cannot get inside of the chapel that is why we decided to sit outside of the chapel. We kept waiting for the priest to arrived and after a few minutes they finally arrived. The mass took almost an hour including christining and sing worship songs. It was already 7 in the evening and the crowds of people are at the place.

The mass tooks until evening and before it ended some church goers wants their newly brough vehicles to be blessed with holy water. As for that, the priest came out from the chapel and begin to blessed those vehicles while singing worship songs. It was really an enjoyable day happens to my life and fully blessed.
