Steem SEA Community New Logo [EN – ID] Logo Baru Steem SEA
Today, Wednesday 16 April 2025 has been chosen as the day to launch the new logo of Steem SEA. Basically, there are no major changes in the logo: the colours and elements are still retained (plus 2 new colours and 1 new element).
SHAPE
Here is the new Steem SEA logo that takes effect from the moment of launch:
- New element (waves): symbolises the dynamism in the Steem Blockchain world, like the waves in the ocean, this is also a literal match to the community's name.
- Darker blue (#004372) on the waves: provides a stronger contrast to the overall element, symbolising calmness, trust and stability;
- The orange colour (#fd7b0d) in the Steem SEA text symbolises warmth, optimism, passion, and creativity;
- Other colours are those found in the Steem logo (#5e9fd7 and #09428e) and the Steemit logo (#04d6a7).
DESIGNATION (LICENCE)
The Steem SEA logo may be used for anything related to the Steem SEA Community, in a positive manner. The logo can be used freely under the following conditions:
- not changing the basic shape of the logo;
- not changing the colours in the logo;
- not used in activities that contain hate speech, racism, and any other negative actions;
DOWNLOAD
The logo has a maximum dimension of 1969x1969 pixels, is PNG (the area outside the circle is transparent) with a file size of 764 kilobytes, can be downloaded by clicking on the image and then saving from the image page. Downloading directly from this Steem post page will save the compressed image (lower dimension size as well as smaller file).

Hari ini, Rabu 16 April 2025 telah dipilih menjadi hari peluncuran logo baru dari Steem SEA. Pada dasarnya, tidak terdapat perubahan yang sangat besar di dalam logo: warna-warna dan unsur-unsur masih dipertahankan (ditambah 2 warna baru dan 1 unsur baru).
BENTUK
Berikut adalah logo baru Steem SEA yang mulai berlaku sejak saat diluncurkan:
- Unsur baru ombak: melambangkan dinamika dalam dunia Steem Blockchain, ibarat ombak di lautan, hal ini sekaligus menjadi sesuai secara harfiah dengan nama komunitas.
- Warna biru lebih gelap (#004372) pada ombak: memberikan kontras lebih tegas pada keseluruhan unsur, melambangkan ketenangan, kepercayaan, dan stabilitas;
- Warna oranye (#fd7b0d) pada teks Steem SEA melambangkan kehangatan, optimisme, semangat, dan kreativitas;
- Warna lain adalah warna-warna yang ditemukan dalam logo Steem (#5e9fd7 dan # 09428e) dan logo Steemit (#04d6a7).
PERUNTUKAN (LISENSI)
Logo Steem SEA boleh dipergunakan untuk segala hal yang berhubungan dengan Komunitas Steem SEA, dalam sisi yang positif. Logo bisa dipergunakan secara bebas dengan syarat:
- tidak merubah bentuk dasar logo;
- tidak mengganti warna-warna di dalam logo;
- tidak digunakan dalam kegiatan yang mengandung ujaran kebencian, rasisme, dan segala tindakan negatif lainnya;

Logo berdimensi maksimal 1969x1969 pixel, berbentuk PNG (area di luar lingkaran adalah transparan) berukuran 764 kilobyte, bisa diunduh dengan cara mengklik pada gambar lalu menyimpan dari halaman gambar tersebut. Mengunduh langusung dari halaman postingan Steem ini akan menyimpan gambar hasil kompresi (ukuran dimensi lebih rendah sekaligus file menjadi lebih kecil).

Very nice logo! I'm glad it can be used for free! This could be a good advertisement for the community as well.
Some times community member might need it to put in their post, for example: when there's a contests in the community.
I am not sure if it's an improvement. I like the talk why is chosen for what though.
If it comes to it a logo is a logo and rarely big. What is left (visible) if used on a paper or envelope? It feels to me as if the dark blue around the circle makes the inner pop out.
It's the first time I hear the explanaiton of the colour orange..
