Yes, I know, I have been so busy lately. I hope all is good on your side.
You are right, active participation is a requirement for the popularity of a social media platform.
I’ve observed that many of them feel uncomfortable posting after their introductions.
Can you suggest any thought about it to answer the question "Why"?
If newcomers experience the same challenges I faced when I first joined, I believe I can help them. One of the best ways to assist newcomers is through mentorship. They are new to the platform, and even though we provide suggestions for posts and guidelines, many may still struggle to understand everything. I'm sharing my experience because I know what I went through.
When I first joined, I was encouraged to participate in a mentorship program, which unfortunately came with a cost. I decided against it and promised to navigate my journey independently. However, I have noticed significant developments on the platform since then. Newcomers can now join Discord to learn more about Steemit. It took me some time to realize that we even had a Discord channel.
I believe we need to question the mentors who referred new users to the platform. What are they doing to help these newcomers progress? I have already gone through it all and managed to figure things out on my own. I learn from various users and share what I’ve learned.
When I see the user @emishael60, it brings me joy because I feel like I did my best to support him through his struggles, just as I experienced my own challenges.
