Dozens of Firefighters and TRC Bireuen Personnel Participate in Training at Battalion 113 Jaya Sakti.
A total of 54 Firefighters and Rapid Reaction Team (TRC) personnel from the Bireuen Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) participated in training at the Yonif 113 Jaya Sakti complex, Bireuen, the activity will last for three days starting Tuesday, 6/24/2025.
The 54 personnel trained consisted of 29 firefighters and 25 members from the BPBD TRC for this training activity in collaboration with Yonif 113 Jaya Sakti.
The Head of Implementation (Kalaksa) of BPBD Bireuen, Afwadi, BA through the Secretary, Dedi Junaidi SSTP MM explained that the coaching and training activities were to fulfill the services or Minimum Service Standards (SPM) or basic mandatory services that must be implemented.
One of them is disaster and fire management steps, so to meet the quality of SPM services, it is necessary to support personnel or human resource apparatus who have the capacity and ability to provide services to the community, so personnel undergo additional training.
The training and coaching also present several speakers from Aceh Province who will deliver material on procedures or mechanisms, procedures for extinguishing fires, understanding the basics of fire.
Also given provisions related to rescue and evacuation up at heights and water, physical, mental training and national insight which will be provided by Yonif 113 Jaya Sakti.
"Hopefully after participating in this training, our officers in the fire department and TRC BPBD have the ability or capacity to respond quickly to disaster management and also the hope that disaster services can be more optimal," he said.
It was also conveyed that during the 54 personnel participated in training for extinguishing services if there is or occurs a disaster, it will continue to run, because there are a number of officers on standby at the post and they will also participate in further training later, explained the Secretary of BPBD.
The BPBD Secretary also explained that this activity presents several speakers from Aceh Province who will deliver material on procedures or mechanisms, procedures for extinguishing fires, understanding the basics of fire.
