RE: Kontes Komentar: Kuantitas atau Kualitas? -21 SP Untuk 7 Orang [ID-EN] Comment Contest: Quantity or Quality? - 21 SP for 7 Users

Hello, how are you? I just joined this contest and would like to leave my comment. After reading all your comments and roughly understanding what was discussed, I also wanted to mention something. It's true that Steemit needs writers who give their all and write quality content. Since I joined, I've tried to do the same: give my all and try to create quality content. It's worth mentioning that there are fewer and fewer active editors in the communities, so the more quality writers there are, the more active editors there will be. Now, why do people like your content? Because well-written and well-structured texts are worth reading. I know I'm not very well-known, but I also wanted to leave my comment.

Sort:

Can you tell me what you mean by editor?
People join out of own free will and should be free to post what is good for them.
I assume most users are adults and know how to read and write. If not I believe this is not the platform to be unless you are an investors since tgat is what Steem needs most of all.

Great you joined.

♥️🍀

Sorry, the word wasn't editors but writers.Amd thanks

thanks for letting me know.

I remember the last time I joined a contest on how to write and recognize quality posts. I observed what other participants were doing, their suggestions, and what stood out. I benefited a lot from this experience because I focused on how to improve the quality of my own content.

They said you must:

  • Use markdown
  • Avoid grammatical errors
  • Include images
  • Ensure no plagiarism
  • Write in paragraphs

After reading this, I considered how I could incorporate all these elements, believing there was no way I wouldn’t receive support. But guess what? Even when people try their best to create quality content, they can still receive no support. Just imagine taking the time to create a video and posting it on social media, like TikTok, only to get no reactions, no likes, and no engagement. How would you feel?

If we want to judge the matter of having writers who produce quality content, it could take a long time. In my opinion, everyone believes that what they share is of sufficient quality.

Thanks friend for the comment, I agree with what you say, thanks for sharing your experience with me.

Seriously? This nonsense has been said for years. Every month in 2024, we had the same contest, with the same question and the same answers. The biggest joke is that none of these people were able to write something catchy.
Good, catchy, worth discussing or thinking over has nothing to do with what you described, which is layout and nothing else.

Most images are shit by the way. Chaotic, rarely fit to the text, the writer which makes it only worse to read.

A good writer will not use many different pictures to distract the reader from the written word. I assume you never read a book without pictures?

I have mixed feelings about reading posts. For instance, a post without images can be difficult for me to focus on. Personally, I tend to concentrate more on images when I read. However, I also believe that if a user includes images that are unrelated to the post, that can be problematic.

I have not been a fan to long though

If you cannot focus on text it means you cannot read.
It also means it might be easier for you to read if text isn't justified.

Next to that there are plenty of posts for those who don't like to write or read. Photoshoots of all sorts, art, animals, videos, film, games.

If someone goes for text the force of using (4-5) pictures to cut text in pieces or give users an extra long scroll to continue to read a few lines shouldn't be forced upon.

It kills the text.
