It seems that nowadays, they have a section in the Fairprice Finest for dining in. Walked past the one in Center Point once. Quite busy.

I remembered the first time I heard of was the one at Vivo City.
This one at Clarke Quay wasn't busy when I was there for lunch on a weekday.
