I am not sure why you started off harsh here.

You were talking about motivation up there. Well, let me tell you this:
There are some people who do not have the chance to think if they're motivated or not to do a certain thing. Yet, they get up and do it. Because, they have to. I guess, you might come across people like that in your life. Haven't you?
Here is my question to you: Is that right? Or, is that something that we should be wanting to be in?

On criticism, I kind of agree. But, it still depends on the way one is being criticized. Because, one can either be defending his point of view, or take others' opinion into consideration. But, that depends a lot on the way he /she is being criticized.
