The Unexpected Walk on All Saints Day
There was really a lot that happen during the day. I thought we are gonna stop and rest after we unloaded the bottles but we went out again. My husband was inspired that I am with him that day. He tagged me on buying scraps in his neighbors located at the back of the factory of a biscuit plant
Every one of the people that we met knew him. My husband is quite popular because he plays in amateur boxing and everyone bets on him to win. But those days are over. He attended a seminar on being a referee because I advised him not to play anymore. he might get an injury, the kids were still so small and needed his provision and guidance. Being a referee has a higher pay than being a boxer too. At least he is still attached to what he loves the most.
Anyways, these are the pale, unripe fruits, but more like berries and hey are sour in taste but still, I got some and brought home.
The hubby told me he will be helping me in getting berries but led me to this gigantic spider and it made me shout in fear. that's how my husband is, getting fun of me but I got used to him for that. I'm sorry if it's kind of blurred, I had a shaky hand during the pictorial and the wind from the passion trucks made its web swing.
After that, hubby was called by a friend, and to cure my boredom, I took pictures of my reflection on the side mirrors and even on the motorcycle tank. Then we proceeded to a house which I envy because it's very clean and organized, unlike our house.
There was a well-behaved kid too, but at that moment, he is like having a fever and is not feeling very well plus he got shy of me. They owned lovely rabbits, ducks, fish, lovebirds, chickens, and cattle. His older brother who is only 7 years old takes care of them all with the help of his father. and he does not want to let anyone of his pet go. He will cry so hard and have tantrums when he thinks that his father sold one of his pets and will not be okay after many days.
Thy also served us glutenous rice cake(biko) which is very sweet.
I took a photo of the mother and the son. The kid was asking for biko too, seeing that I m eating. he is a good eater. Then shortly after I took the shot, I noticed the mother's skin condition. It's called ap-ap in our dialect and it can be cured with fungicide and germicidal soaps. I used to have ap-ap before but as soon as I saw it on my skin, I get rid of it.
The next stop has a pig on a pigsty. It cried as i came near thinking I am bringing food for him. I can't blame him for doing so. Most pigs on a farm on his age are fed in adlibitum ration.
There are caged birds who look very lonely too. I wonder how this bird feels when he sees some of the free birds passing him.
Another stop was on our high school classmate's house and his brother is cutting trees for his house. They have a very pretty Sampaguita flower too.
They also have a flowering ginseng plant and it looks very beautiful.
Here is the man who does the chainsaw. it's very loud in here. I guess the man was used to the loud sound and the debris/dust that flies from his cutting because he doesn't wear safety clothes.
Another stop has a very colorful chicken and a very beautiful Mayana plant too. At this place, we were invited to see a coconut grinder stand but has a bad motor. It was sold in a high price so we did not buy it.
These have naked men are having a drink, and I guess that they are having a good time. these are most men do and I am glad my husband is not a fan of it.
Finally, we are back home at nanay's and saw this wonderful sunset reflection in a puddle in the road.It looks very good.
After we went back at our house, hubby went off again to fetch these fish. It was given to him because they don't like it anymore, it's being a hassle to them and so the poor fish were given to us. the kids were so amazed to see a fish that is alive and swimming.
All in all, the walk is quite tiring but is fun. I would do it again if hubby and I have the chance to.
I wish you enjoyed that walk that made me smile.
