100 grams chicken breast fillet, cut into small pieces

How to Make
Marinate the chopped chicken with the marinade and let it sit for about 1 hour.
Tip: Soak the skewers in water to prevent burning during grilling.
While waiting, cook the peanut sauce. Add the pecel sauce and water. Once it has thickened slightly, add salt, sugar, sweet soy sauce, and seasoning. Stir until thickened, check the seasoning, then set aside.
After 1 hour of marinating, skewer the chicken onto satay skewers.
Grill the satay until cooked through, turning frequently. Brush with a mixture of peanut sauce and sweet soy sauce before grilling.
Once cooked, serve with peanut sauce. For those who prefer a spicy dish, you can add chili sauce.
