Good evening @everyone, hope we all had a great day. Today I'll be sharing a very interesting but short piece, please, stay glued and read through it with love from @uyaiuyo.

On this day, my husband and I were invited to a child christening in a particular church (name withheld). It also happened that our church had a special occasion for our pastor.

So, I quickly prepared myself and the kids and off we went to our church for our pastor's occasion first. These was us on our way to our church service.

After the service ended, we entered part B which was our pastor's occasion so these was me inside our church.

I made my donations and hubby's own and equally made donations for the women's fellowship since I was to represent the women that day and off we went to the child christening. And this was me right inside the church for the child christening.

As at the time we arrived, the whole church was filled up with both members of the church and the visitors that came for the child christening.

Before time for sermon, the church went on their knees to pray and this is not your usual kind of prayer. I am talking about the kind of prayer that everyone must be in the sober moment (cry) and in my dialect, it's called 'bong tua'

Indeed, the members were so comfortable but we the visitors were not o because the church actually turned to a market place with so much noises, shouts and crys. The session finally came to an end and the sermon began.

Brothers and sisters, the sermon was a perfect sleeping hours for the visitors except for members. You know that ancient pattern of preaching and interpreting, oh my God. These one took like 3 hours to round up.

Sermon finally came to an end and this time, they went for another sober moment. This time around I was shocked that church actually dismissed without any announcements or whatsoever ever.

According to one of the members I inquired, she said that one can actually stay as long as he or she wants and pray and is free to go anytime. So, I was watching as people were standing up, picking their bags one after the other and off they go and the church was empty apart from the visitors that came.

I reached out to the parents of the child to be christened and was told that the dedication will take place at the children church as the doctrine demands. So, they matched to the children's church with the few visitors left to the children's church for christening proper while some of their members were still in their sober moments.

Indeed, I have never witnessed this kind of doctrine before and no wonder they say that "traveling is part of education. These were my experiences at the child christening.

Normalmente este tipo de eventos llama muchas personas, son eventos muy lindos. Si es incómodo tanto ruido en un lugar que debe respetarse.
