There is a piece I heard in a movie I saw some years ago. The expression stayed in my mind until I heard it again and made it mine.
The past is gone and does not return, the future does not exist, what we have is the now and it is a present that God gives us to live it to the fullest. Without pain, without complaints, without hatred, without revenge. Live and let live, be aware that life passes and death comes. It comes to all of us.
So let's live while we can.
