Hi @fatherfaith, just to clarify. The create .jc account ability only works if you win the auction. If you fail to win and are outbid, the contract returns 100% of what you bid, so either you are the winning bid and own the land with the .jc account OR you lose the auction but are refunded 100% of what you bid in HEART. Only the winning bid pays for the plot and only the winning bid becomes the owner. Only the owner can create the .jc account.
