Let's make "Tortilla venezolana"

Coriander leaves | 2 tea spoon |
Coriander seeds | 1 tea spoon |
Red chilli | Half tea spoon |
Salt | Half table spoon |
Mixed spices | Half tea spoon |
Tumeric powder | Half tea spoon |
First I take onion of small size and I cut them in slices or if it is easy for you then much better to cut in Julian.
Secondly you need to take a tomato that you should cut in Julian and size of tomato should be medium to small.
At third cut 3-4 green chillies in Julian.Green chilli looks great at tortilla venezolana.It gives a great taste as well a great look.
So finally we cut colorful major ingredients for making tortilla venezolana(Onion in light pink,tomato in bright red and chilli in green!)
It's a time to cook tortilla but first let's sauté it's ingredients in which we will take slices onions in two tablespoons oil and let them fry for 1 min at low flame.
After frying onion at low flame for one minute,it's a time to add coriander seeds in onion so that they may also becomes crunchy after frying for 30 seconds.
Add colorful sliced tomato and Julian green chillies in fried onions and coriander seeds.
Almost ingredients are ready and now it's a time to move to next step!
Now take two eggs(Without eggs,through above ingredients tortilla can't be made).Eggs are pillars for making tortilla so take out from their shell in a bowl.
Mix eggs with all the spices including red chilli,salt,hot and mixed spices, tumeric powder and here's final result after mixing eggs with these spices.
Egg has been mixed thoroughly so before pouring eggs over ingredients we need to spread tortilla stuffing or ingredients thoroughly and equally.
Check that all ingredients are spread equally at pan.Now we may pour our mixed eggs over it.

It should be at low flame and let one side cook for 40 seconds!
It's a time to add coriander leaves after turning one cooked side of tortilla venezolana.
Again cook other side for 35-40 second at low flame 🔥....
"Tortilla venezolana" is ready!
