The terminal is located in the center of Rotterdam. This historic building has been completely modernized and equipped with a covered boarding bridge and luggage facilities. The cruise terminal is also equipped with a Maas water pump (cooling) which is powered by the water from the Maas. This ensures that the building remains at the right temperature.

The terminal contains a tourist information for all desired tourist information. In addition, during the ship visits, various venerable Dutch crafts can be found, including a clog maker, hindeloop painting, as well as many souvenirs.
