A Day Trip to Mae Sot’s Café in the Forest 🌼📸

Hello everyone

Today is a day off for the café, which is closed every Monday and Thursday. By late morning, my friends, my nieces, and I decided to take a trip to Mae Sot and have lunch at "Cafe in the Forest."

I came across this café on TikTok, where the reviews made it look like a beautiful and relaxing spot. So, of course, we had to check it out! As usual, I relied on Google Maps to guide me there. It took us about an hour of driving before we finally reached our destination. 🚗🌿✨

The atmosphere inside the café was incredibly refreshing and peaceful. Surrounded by lush greenery and bamboo groves, it felt like stepping into a small natural paradise. 🌿🌳✨

There were so many photo spots throughout the café! Every corner seemed to be designed with charm and creativity, perfect for capturing beautiful moments. 📸✨

From the rustic bamboo pathways to the cozy riverside seating areas, it was like a photographer’s dream come true. 🌿🏞️

The seating areas were designed as individual bamboo huts, each offering a sense of privacy and coziness.

They were beautifully arranged around a large pond, creating a tranquil and picturesque setting. It felt like we were completely surrounded by nature, with the gentle sound of water adding to the peaceful atmosphere. 🌿🏞️✨

We sat and waited for a while, but no staff came out to greet us. 🤔
My nieces decided to walk around and see if there were any staff members, but there was no one around.

We then realized that "Café in the Forest" must be closed today, even though there was no announcement on their page. So, we decided to take a few photos and enjoy the beautiful surroundings before planning our next destination. 📸🌿

We continued our journey to a well-known tourist spot called the “Number 3 Curve.” We drove through a small village along the Thai-Myanmar border, which took quite some time to reach.

Finally, we arrived at our destination—a winding road situated on a hillside that curves in a way that resembles the number 3. Unfortunately, the weather was extremely hot and the air was thick with PM 2.5 dust, making the view less impressive than we hoped. We only managed to take a few photos before deciding to head back. 📸🏞️

In the end, we decided to stop at Amazon Cafe located at a PTT gas station.

The scorching heat made us crave something refreshing, so we ordered some drinks and pastries before heading back home. ☕🍰
