Hello everyone

Every morning, I usually wake up around 5:45 AM. As I get out of bed and open the curtains, I’m greeted by a bright and peaceful sky. That gentle moment always gives me a little motivation to start the day fresh. 🌤️

I quickly take a shower, get dressed, and wake up my son to help him get ready for school. By around 6:20 AM, we’re both prepared to leave the house. I drive him to school, and after dropping him off, I head straight to Suan Luang Rama IX Park, not far from the town center.

This peaceful park is one of my two favorite spots to exercise and unwind — the other being Saphan Hin Park. 🌳🚗

After parking my car, I walked through the front gate of the park. It had rained heavily the night before, leaving the ground damp and cool. The trees and grass, refreshed by the rain, were bursting with new leaves and vibrant green shoots. 🌿

I slowed my pace, taking deep breaths to enjoy the crisp, fresh morning air. It felt so calm and clean — a perfect way to begin the day. 🌱💧

Suan Luang Rama IX Park is beautifully maintained and well cared for. It’s one of the most peaceful green spaces in town, filled with lush trees and soothing scenery in every direction. 🌳✨

Because it had rained overnight and into the early morning, fewer people came to exercise than usual. The park felt especially quiet and serene — a rare and lovely calm that made the atmosphere even more refreshing. ☁️🍃

I continued walking at my own pace — sometimes slow, sometimes a little quicker. Suddenly, without warning, the rain poured down heavily, catching me completely off guard. Just moments before, the sun had still been shining! 🌦️

I rushed to take shelter under a small pavilion nearby and sat there, watching the rain fall around me. It lasted for almost 30 minutes, but eventually, the sky cleared and the rain came to a gentle stop. ☔⏳

One thing I really appreciate about this park is how it’s equipped with simple but useful exercise machines placed all around the walking path. You’ll find something for every age and every fitness level. It makes staying active feel so easy and natural. 💪

Here are a few glimpses of my peaceful morning at Suan Luang Rama IX Park. The rain had just stopped, leaving behind a sparkling freshness in the air. The greenery looked even more vivid, and the sky started to brighten once again. ☀️🍃

The heart of the park is its large, peaceful lake. Surrounded by shady trees and open lawns, it's the perfect place to just sit, breathe, and enjoy the moment. I often find myself staring at the water, letting time slow down. 🌳

I truly love this park. It’s incredibly spacious and filled with such a peaceful, open atmosphere. Whether you're looking to relax or get some exercise, it's the perfect place to be. 🧘‍♀️💚

I ended up spending around two hours there, even though the rain came and went throughout the morning. I didn’t mind at all — the fresh air and calming environment made it well worth the time. 🌧️🌤️

Spending a quiet morning at Suan Luang Rama IX Park always reminds me how healing nature can be. Even with the unexpected rain, it turned out to be a beautiful start to my day. 🌦️💚

Sometimes, it's these little moments — walking under trees, listening to the sound of raindrops, breathing in the fresh air — that bring the most peace to our hearts. 🍃✨
