The weather had improved already here in my neck of the woods but many Barrios are sill devastated by recent floods

I am quite excited for my dialysis center (clinic) to be renovated soon because it gets submerged now when heavy rainfall comes due to the current climate system of the earth. Our dialysis center doesn't get flooded before and now it does and if the hospital's management or owner would not get to renovate it, then it would be a mess after a mess and all that trouble in maintaining it because of the again, current situation of the flooding events where now it gets victimized for flooding unlike before.

I only heard that the dialysis machines will not get returned there until the whole center gets renovated or elevated because currently the operation of dialysis had been relocated temporarily to the hospital's conference room. The dialysis clinic building is separate to the hospital and thank God that they had found a way to do the dialysis treatments to the hospital otherwise we will have to be transferred to get our dialysis elsewhere.

Anyway, the weather now sadly gives a lot of people trouble and right now there are still places which are still flooded. The only solution for it is to make a dike against the river and other water ways like irrigation canals, etc. However it will require so much money to be done successfully because it will also require water to be pumped from the cities, municipalities, and barrios and to the said waterways so that flooding will be solved.

Our barrio gets flooded because the irrigation canal swells and the water goes to the street where the drainage system gets to be filled-up and in turn the road gets flooded considering that it was already elevated. It affected our house because water will begin to seep-out from the cracks and crevices of the floor once a heavy rain will be poring down and that cannot be avoided now.

I am pessimistic that the government will really can solve this issue of widespread flooding because of absence of political will and then the large funding is needed. The economic impact is great in my country because businesses, work, and school is affected when such calamitous event happens. I guess that only if oil can be found and efficiently used to fuel the financial need will be the only factor that floods can be solved given if political will happens, but it is still a punch on the Moon for it to come into reality, much less the revenue coming from oil which still sits in this country untapped.
