Autumn reboot
While I was thinking about disconnecting from reportage, I had a sudden short-term burnout: I was tired of everything, I didn't want to photograph anything! It happens a couple of times a year.
I can't remember now when it happened in the spring, but it already happened in the fall...And that's a good thing!
After burning out (or disconnecting from everything), a reboot occurs and new forces, a second wind, and inspiration appear.
Last year, there was such a reboot during a cold.
Now it happened in a very short time, and it's like I was in a mild depression for a couple of days, and now I've woken up again.
I hope this second annual reboot is over and I won't get discouraged until next year.
There is already a desire to shoot reportage stories, street scenes and even dugouts again.
Perhaps the reason for such blackouts lies in my inability to take a break from my photographic activities.
But this time, I found a way to distract myself from my second hobby: collecting gum liners.
Such reboots are useful: during a shutdown, I often recall the past and analyze the path I have traveled.
After that, I want to do something even better and go for new vivid impressions.
There are already many plans for this fall, it remains to implement them all!
