The fog-shrouded city

It's been a strange year...it's the other way around, compared to the previous ones. Sometimes I want summer, sometimes I don't. One minute I'm waiting for autumn, the next, I'm afraid of its arrival. And this year I even wanted winter. Maybe because she wasn't there...

Nevertheless, I am very happy about the arrival of the autumn season! I start to breathe deeper, and it's like I've woken up from hibernation.

I am happy with the rain, the fog, and every leaf that falls into a puddle attracts attention.

I can't give a general name to this year yet, what I shot the most in it.

But I know for sure that there were a lot of fogs in 2025, starting with the warm winter.

Fog is a natural phenomenon that never gets boring.

Any picture, especially at night, will be even more interesting and mystical with fog.

I've been taking a lot of pictures in rainy weather this year.

...Could it be that the whole world, all the global circumstances around it, are created just for me alone?

It seems to me that this can happen in my world and from my perspective of reality. Things may be different in another person's world. It depends on what is highlighted to whom and how.

For example? In Vologda, most of the historical center has been blocked off for repairs and landscaping, which is why many postcard views have become inaccessible.

And it became clear to me that I had to move away from postcards, reportage and landscape views and pay attention to my inner self, taking pictures on abstract topics.

Or the second option: to pay attention in a postcard key to those places that I pay little attention to.

Awesome photography. It seems like winter is the best time to capture photos.
