Yesterday, I opened a slot for the first time in a while,
and that boosted me all the way from 4th to 2nd place. Yay!

But of course, our No.1 is still going strong.
I heard he upgraded a Legend card yesterday — impressive as always.

So what's next? Should I open promo packs?
Well, after thinking about it, I decided to open one more slot.
It’ll cost around 1920 Nova.

I’m currently mining at 1600 Nova/day, so I figured it’d take about a day and a half.

But when I checked this morning out of boredom,
I already had 600 Nova saved up.
Nice! That means I could try out the second dungeon today.

I went over to the shop and bought a ticket for Whispering Woods with 600 Nova.

Then, straight into the dungeon.

What's the difference between the basic dungeon and the second dungeon?

• The basic dungeon gives you a 50% mining penalty
  → My usual mining rate of over 3000 drops to 1658.

• The second dungeon only applies a 30% penalty
  → As you can see, my rate went up to 2300

So is it pure profit?
Not exactly.

Because your mining time also increases.
Mining rate increases, yes — but so does mining duration.
→ It's a 1.3x increase overall.

So instead of 24 hours, it now takes about 17 to 18 hours.

Which means…
If you’re spending 600 Nova
it’s actually a loss compared to the basic mode.

Then why do it?

• Higher essence drop rates
  (not implemented yet, but confirmed in Telegram)

• Item drops are significantly more frequent
  (don't know what is item means here)

• And honestly... I’m bored, and this gives me content 😎

The break-even point is around 9000 score.
I entered when I was at 7000+, so I’m close enough.

If you’re above 5000 points, I say give it a shot.
