A Night with Fruits For Dinner

Have you ever been in a situation where you're very hungry and still don't know what to eat, despite having food around you, you still don't know which one to go for, and you ended up eating what would make you feel hungrier. Oh yes, I have been in such situations several times, which I experienced last night.

Well, I just feel like eating fruit, which I then changed my mind and made into fruit salad using Quaker oats, banana, apple, and milk to prepare it. Fruit is good for our health as it can be refreshing and detoxifying, as it gives our body a break that we need.


The benefits of eating fruit only at night

If you are someone who feels constipated, then worry no more as fruit can help you break down the intake of heavy food to refresh digestion. To this, we can say that fruit is important for the following reasons:

  • Digestive rest. Fruit helps to aid digestion by helping one to get reset.

  • Hydration boost. Fruits keep you hydrated as they contain high water content.

  • Low-calorie. Fruit keeps you from overheating

  • Antioxidants rich. Fruit helps to flush toxins and supports skin health.

What I ate for dinner contains the following:

  • Banana (for satiety)
  • Apple (fiver)
  • Peak milk tin
  • Quaker Oats
