A very colorful post. I liked that you guided us through the different stalls and attractions at the fair.

The "roller ice cream" caught my attention. It would be great if you could post about that spectacle and see how it's prepared. I think it would make a great video.

One question: Is the fair permanent? Or is it held on specific dates? Does it always stay in one place or does it travel to various towns?

    Thank you for your nice comment. No, it is not a permanent fair. It is currently being held in various cantonment areas. Currently, the Saidpur Small and Cottage Industries Fair has ended.
