It's a truly beautiful place, and you describe it very well. The photos help give us a sense of its beauty.

But I disagree with whether it's a natural beauty in and of itself. I see too much human intervention, in the landscaping and urbanization. Perhaps by climbing the mountain you can find pristine waters. But all in all, the place is magnificent as a tourist attraction.
