The night travel and the purchase of the Gulkand and the Munnaka
Night time keeps a different attraction. The streets take a bath in the light of the semi -bright bulbs, the shutters of the shops are half open, and a slight wave of cooling is added to the air. In the same environment, I decided that today I will go to buy Gulkand and Manika with certainty. Desi is a famous ruler and herbs in our area, who sells pure and standard indigenous commodities in his shop.
There was an old wooden closet inside the shop, with glass rows in row. There were separate things in these jars - somewhere dry flowers, seeds, dried fruits, and some precious herbs. But the most important thing that immediately draws my eyes to myself was the boxes of glamorous and sophisticated. Its scent was as if someone had soaked the fresh rose flower in honey.
There were several types of gulkand boxes in the shop. On each container, his name was written in beautiful calligraphy, some of the boxes were glasses that showed the color and texture of the inside, and some metal containers with rose flowers. Desi faith said that it cools the heart, is useful to the gut and restores energy in the summer season. They were light golden and they had a natural glow.
Each box was labeled "pure munca", as well as its weight and history. Desi faith said that there are numerous nutritional benefits in the mausoleum - it cleanses the blood, gives strength to the brain and is also perfect for eye light. Desi belief speaks very lovingly to every customer, tells the benefits of everything and explains how to use.
I asked him some of his prescriptions besides Gulkand and Manika. He said that if Gulkand is mixed with milk, sleep is good, and soaking the mausoleum in the water overnight, eating in the morning brings energy to the body. This feeling does not only come from the taste or benefits of something, but it comes from the fact that you have achieved something pure and natural. On the way to the air, the aroma of Gulkand was walking with me, and the grain of the mane was feeling like a precious treasure hidden in my pocket.
The fragrance of the shop, the sequence of boxes, the calligraphy labels, and the words of indigenous belief, all made the moment memorable. Now whenever I take a tablespoon of gulkand or eat a few grains of mankey, this night, this shop and this environment will be fresh in my memories.
Once I made gulkand at home by using rise and sugar. It was very tatsty and useful.
Yah jaankar Khushi hui ka aap ise ghar Mein taiyar karte hain aur yah waki bahut Zyada testi hai behtarin comment karne ka Shukriya
