Bad Internet Connection

For few months, we've been bearing with the bad internet connection.Since April, there's never a day when the internet connection goes off. Each day, it gets worse. Until recently, there's longer hours when we have no connection. We're paying each month, and they will never subtract the times when there's no connection. We were told, we should have the modem changed. My husband has been contacting the internet service provider, and it has been agreed that the modem will be replaced with a new one.

So there we went to their Binmaley office. Less people, and easier to get a new modem. Too bad, the modem isn't new. I'm not sure if they'll give the same in Dagupan office. We'll we have no choice. We need a new internet connection. Probably when my husband got a pocket Wifi, we'll avail of another internet service provider, but the prepaid one.
