A lot of rice grows in our Meherpur region. Farmers try their best to grow more rice than other crops. Wandering through the rice fields in the winter afternoon is truly a unique feeling. A light cool breeze blows in silence all around, and the crisp sound of dry rice leaves in that breeze seems to give the melody of rural life. As soon as I set foot in the field, I noticed that in many places the ripe rice plants have already been cut down, the golden ears are placed on the ground in clusters. It is as if a pile of gold is spread around. In some parts, upright greenish-yellow rice plants are still standing, their ears are leaning, as if their heads are bowed in the wind. I took my mobile in my hand and moved forward from the crop field. As I walked, I came right in the middle of the crop field. I kept enjoying many feelings. I kept remembering the hard work of various farmers.

In the distance, farmers are gathering the harvested rice in groups, some are filling it into sacks with bamboo poles, some are sitting and resting in the cool breeze. The last rays of the sun are shining on the rice grains, the entire field seems to be bathed in a golden glow. The scent of ripe rice fills the surroundings, and I want to stand there for a while longer, fascinated by that aroma. This is an ideal moment for photography. The camera's viewfinder captures the contrast between the harvested rice fields and the still standing trees. On one side, empty land, on the other, rows of upright trees seem to be a joint creation of nature and man. Sometimes I took pictures of the rice grains from close up, where the clear beauty of each grain shines through, and sometimes I framed the entire field from a distance. The light red hue of the sky and the golden rice in the field seem to create a picture painted by an artist. I noticed that the images become clearer when I take photos from the west side to the east. I wanted to take them with the mobile phone that is best for taking photos. I noticed a different scent of the crop field coming to my nose. I was sitting alone in the middle of the quiet natural environment, taking photos.

This trip was not just photography, it was also a moment of deep emotion. The hard work of rural life, the abundance of nature and the quiet beauty of a winter afternoon combined to make the rice fields unique. It seemed that no matter how many pictures I took on camera, the sight of the eyes and the feelings of the heart can never be fully captured. I was wearing warm winter clothes. While I was doing my work, that is, taking photos, you could understand when it got hot. In fact, the busiest moment can stop people. So I forgot about the winter weather at that moment. And thus I enjoyed a beautiful moment in the crop field. Where I got to see different types of ripe rice. The rice plants that have been cut have dried up, and the ones that have not been cut are on the way to drying up. I just kept feeling how many people's lives are involved here. How many people are involved in such agricultural work and thousands of people will eat from this rice.
