When the soft evening light slowly spreads around, Jorpukur Market seems to wake up in a different form. Even though the busyness of the day has subsided a little, the market is still bustling with people. As we walk through the market, the faint raw smell of fish, the smell of wet soil, and the aroma of fresh vegetables create a strange mixed aroma. Shoppers are browsing from shop to shop, haggling, some are smilingly taking their favorite fish in their hands. Sellers are skillfully cutting fish, removing scales, and some are cutting and packing them according to their preferences. At that moment, I went to the food stall to buy fish food. Since I farm pangas fish, there are several places that sell ready-made pangas fish food. Among them, the beautiful Bengali food is the one we are fed the most.

In the dim light of the evening, the bulbs hanging under the tin roof of the market spread a yellowish light, making the whole scene even warmer. The smell of fried fish wafts from the food shop next door, which further stimulates the hunger at the end of a tiring day. When I finish buying fish food, I feel like I am returning not only with food, but also with a piece of this busy yet personal evening. The hustle and bustle of the market, the vitality of the people, and the smell of fresh fish all combine to make this evening at Jorpukur Market a special moment in my daily life. Anyway, at that moment, I bought fish food from the shop.

The name of this food is Ruposhi Bangla. This food contains different quality food. I tried to buy food according to my fish. However, it will be very sad to know that only 25 kg of food costs 1900 taka. And one sack of this food lasts only five days for 10,000 fish. However, feeding at this time of the month is absolutely necessary, for which one has to keep an eye on the fish and not on the money. However, at the moment of evening, I took the sack of food and chose that bus behind my motorcycle. Then I paid the money. Just like that, I completed my shopping in a moment and started towards my home again with the food in the bus. And this was the feeling of the special moment of buying fish food from Jorpukuria market.
