SLC season week#6|| coloured pottery

Greeting friends,

I warmly welcome to my belog,How are you all I am @roohiasif 99 from Pakistan.I hope you fine too.Today here I am participating this interesting contest SLC season week#6||coloured pottery .I like colours pottery art because it's very creative and looks beautiful . It's traditional art .This is the last week of This engagement challenge.All the week passed excellently .I learned many exciting things .such as making pots,working with clay and decoration with plaster of paris .my lovely teacher @sualeha explained every thing very nicely .and in an easy way . I wish this continue the next season.

Let's move towards and starts

Things we need

Materials

1/2 kg plaster of paris
Water as needed
Cutter
Few amount of oil for grease mold
Flower for decoration
Bowl
Brush
Painting colour

Procedure

step 1 Mold preparing

I am using plastic disposable glass .I Thinks it's best for mold.Because it makes demolnding easier, it can be easily cut with the help of a cutter.

step 2 Material mixing

I take a clean bowl .add in plaster of paris .we have used plaster of paris as need our mold.add water then mixed well properly .untill There is no lams.in the center of the pot add pink colour mixed well properly .

Then all the plaster of paris batter transfer in to disposable glass(mold) in the middle of the mold I kept it in plastic pepsi bottle.

Let it dry and tear out

When I placed the bottle in the center of the mold to set, I left it for 10 hours so that it would dry properly.When I saw that my mood had dried up nicely, I removed the bottle from the center.

Step4 final Touch ups

Now my beautiful pot is ready .after I paste the stencil of my pot .This stencil in the leaf shape.i am using green colour of leaf of stencil .I then removed the stencil from above the port.Green colored leaves have become a paste on top of the pot.

This my final presentation .I hope you like it. I decorated my pot with beautiful flower .it looks very attractive and beautiful .I am very happy to see the pot and I feel like I can really do something and my hard work has paid off.Thsnks for my lovely teacher @sualeha .👍🏼👍🏼Wonderful result.

Of course,I really feel like I can do something in life.I have never made a pot before and this is the first time I have made a pot .I Think I am not feel any difficulty .my teacher guide us very easy method and show her video it's very helpful for me making colours pottery .

At the end share you about pottery classes?

My request from you is that it be included in the next season.Because through this contest we got to learn a lot of new things.I understand that pot painting, this artwork, is not an easy task. The teacher must have had to work very hard to explain it.Content that is different and has a lot to learn must be included in the next season.
