Morning exercises have always been my favorite way to start the day. There’s just something refreshing about moving my body before heading to work. I truly believe fitness is the best medicine our bodies need.

I woke up early as usual, around 5:30 a.m. Even though I felt quite tired, I began my day with prayers, which always give me a sense of peace and strength. After that, I headed to the kitchen to prepare breakfast for myself, as well as a meal to take along to work. By the time I was done cooking and packing my food, the clock was already striking 8:00 a.m., so I quickly got ready and left for the day.

When I arrived at the shop, I followed my usual morning routine cleaning and dusting to make the place neat and welcoming. Once everything was spotless, I took a short break to catch my breath. Then it was finally time for my favorite moment eating my delicious breakfast! The taste was so satisfying, it felt like the perfect reward for the morning’s hard work.

The rest of the day turned out to be quite stressful, and by the time I got home in the evening, I was too exhausted to cook a proper meal. Instead, I treated myself to a refreshing plate of fresh fruit. It was light, sweet, and exactly what my body needed after such a long and tiring day.
