Each person's success in life is determined by various factors. Daily habits and time management are among the factors that play a crucial role in achieving a desired goal. Luck also plays a role, although not as significant. Achieving success in life requires hard work and optimism. Success is impossible if we are always pessimistic and lazy.
As a worker in education, I carry out my daily routine of waking up on time. I am a Muslim and understand that performing prayer is an obligation. Therefore, every morning before dawn, I always try to wake up on time to perform the obligatory morning prayer in congregation. Although sometimes I wake up late due to various unavoidable factors and have to miss congregational prayer, the obligation of prayer must still be carried out regardless of the circumstances.
After fulfilling my obligation, I continue with my other routine activities. I go to work as a teacher at a high school in my city. Usually, before arriving at school, I regularly stop at a coffee shop to enjoy a cup. This is a long-standing habit of mine, as I find a cup of coffee to be energizing for various tasks. Furthermore, this caffeinated beverage has various health benefits. My activities throughout the day until noon are always at school because it is my duty and responsibility.
To maintain my daily health, I don't engage in any special activities. Every morning, I just do a few minutes of light exercise, such as walking. Various articles I've read indicate that walking, especially in the morning, has positive effects on both physical and mental health. Morning walks also allow me to breathe in the fresh morning air, uncontaminated by vehicle exhaust fumes. Of course, with my busy schedule, I must maintain my health. A healthy diet is also a priority for me to stay fit for various activities.
I always try to avoid foods that can have negative effects on the body. A healthy diet containing sufficient nutrients is the choice for me and my family. Failure to do so will certainly have negative consequences for my health. Healthy food doesn't have to be expensive; it can be simple foods that contain complete nutrition. To maintain our health, my family and I sometimes take vitamins. However, a healthy and regular diet is paramount.
In my life, time is precious, so I always pay attention and use it wisely, from waking up until going to bed. By managing my time as well as possible, I believe I can increase my productivity at work. I try not to waste time on things that are not beneficial in life. Although sometimes boredom with routine activities suddenly arises, I believe that is something that happens to everyone. The most important thing is not to be lulled by things that can lower enthusiasm and productivity. If I feel tired, I will take a moment to rest and not force myself to finish the work. Because when tired, productivity decreases and the quality of work also produces unsatisfactory results.
Personally, I don't like to interfere in other people's affairs unless asked. However, if someone needs help, I will gladly and sincerely help to the best of my ability. I am ready to undertake various activities that benefit others, not just for my own personal gain. Helping others in need is certainly a good thing for Muslims, as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). As a teacher with a significant responsibility to educate the nation's children, I feel I have a role to play and am beneficial to others, especially my students. This motivates me to give my best to others.
