Today I visited an industrial town in our area. There I saw a Fuska shop in front of a rice mill. I will introduce this shop to you as a journalist.The name of this Fuska shop is Ariful Fuska House. It is located on the east side of Ajit Raich Mill, on the Bhabanipur Highway in Parbatipur Upazila of Dinajpur District. This Fuska shop is mainly centered around this Chai Mill. The workers mainly eat Fuska, Chatchati and Bhelpuri from here as an afternoon snack.

There is a rice mill about 2.5 kilometers away from my house. An industrial city has been developed here for this mill. The popular businesses here centered around this rice mill are food businesses and tea shops. Among these two shops, a phuchka shop has gained the most popularity. It was originally developed around an industrial factory and its popularity has skyrocketed and the quality of the food is very good, so the most people can be seen here. For afternoon snacks, phuchka, chatpati and bhelpuri are sold here.

Yes, I have often bought and eaten Phuchka and Bhelpuri from this shop. I like the food of this shop a lot. All three dishes here are quite popular. I like the amount of eggs they use here while making Phuchka the most. That is why I visit this shop almost every day and evening. This shop starts after 3 pm and during this time, the workers are given tiffin and they come here to eat.

Also, one of the reasons why people come to this shop is the transportation system. There is a huge amount of space here and free parking is available, so ordinary people come here every day. Also, people have to wait for buses and autos to travel here, so they usually eat food at this shop to pass the time.

Two workers sell fuska,s in this shop every day. Due to which their family's economic condition has improved. At first, there was only one boy selling fuska here. Due to the increasing demand for sales, he hired a worker. Recently, the area of the shop is getting bigger. I hope that if the sales increase in the future, they will hire more workers, which will increase their business income and the employment of the workers.
