Suzuya's Early History
"SUZUYA" comes from Japanese which means "jingling wood" First established in 1983 with a small kiosk of 77.5 m2 with the name "SUZUYA Boutique" over time, the 77.5m2 area grew to 180m2 under the name "SUZUYA Fashion". In 1986 the store burnt down, in 1988 it reopened with an area of 900m2 under the name "SUZUYA Department Store" In 2007 it continued to grow into "SUZUYA Group" with a larger area.
SUZUYA has 9 Business Units that synergise with each other, namely: Department Store, Supermarket, SuperStore, Fashion Outlet (Romp), Furniture Plaza, Hotel and Restaurant. SUZUYA Outlet currently has 26 pieces and spread across 11 cities namely: Medan, Tanjung Morawa & Marelan, Binjai, Pematang Siantar, Rantau Prapat, Bagan Batu, Pekanbaru, Padang, Lhokseumawe and Banda Aceh.
SUZUYA will consistently continue to expand its business in line with the company's Vision.

Suzuya Mall Lhokseumawe consists of 3 floors, but I will specifically discuss the second floor of Suzuya Mall Lhokseumawe.

Entrance access

To enter Suzuya Mall 2nd floor, first enter through the car park on the west side of the building. you will be faced with an automatic parking ticket machine.

You can press the green button "Tombol Tiket". After pressing the button the portal will automatically lift up and give you a parking ticket. You can keep the parking ticket as a condition to exit the parking area. If the ticket is lost, you will be fined according to the regulations.

Once you pass through the portal, you can park your vehicle independently, but if you have any difficulties the mall parking attendants are ready to help you.

To get to the second floor of Suzuya Mall, you can go through the main entrance on the west side of the building which is very close to the car park.

From the main entrance you can walk straight for about 20 metres and then turn to the left.

After making a payment you can return through the entrance that you previously went through. From the car park you will see a signpost where you will be directed to the exit.
