Welcome to my blog, @sakeenazaffar. I hope you're all doing well, happy, and healthy. Alhamdulillah, I’m in good health too.

A big thank you to the moderators of the Hot News Community for orgenizing this amazing contest. It’s a great opportunity to share our daily habits and productivity tips.

Now, let’s answer the questions.


1️⃣ My Daily Routine (From Morning to Bedtime)

My day starts with Fajr Prayer, which gives me peace nd discipline. After that, I go for a morning walk to refresh my mind nd Body.

Next I dedicate time to studying for my upcoming Commission tests as Education is a priority for me. Then I switch to my Freelancing nd Marketing work where I engage with clients nd manage Projects.

For lunch I prefer healthy vegetable based dishes especially in Summer to keep myself light nd energetic. After Dhuhr prayer I spend 30 minutes reciting the Holy Quran, which keeps me Spiritually connacted.

In the afternoon, I focus on Steemit Writing blogs , Participating in Contests or Engeging with the community. At Maghrib time I enjoy a cup of tea with my family which is my favorit Bonding Moment.

After Isha prayer I take a Short walk nd end my day with a glass of homemade Mango Juice (my all time favorite!). Finally I go to bed ensuring I get enough Rest for the Next Day.


2️⃣ The Health & Food Habit That Helped Me the Most

One of the best Habits I’ve adopted is eating home cooked balanced meals instead of junk food. I focus on fresh vegetables fruits nd lean Proteins which keep me Energetic throughout the Day.

Another key habit is drinking plenty of water it improves digestion, skin health nd overall Productivity. I also avoid late night heavy meals to ensure better Sleep nd Digestion.


3️⃣ My Time Management & Productivity Tips

To manage my time effectively I assign specific time slots for each Task. For example:

  • Morning: Study nd Work
  • Afternoon: Quran nd Steemit
  • Evening: Family nd Relaxation

I challenge myself to complete Tasks Within the set time which boosts Efficiency. To increase productivity I gradually extend my work/study hours while staying fully Focused.

Another trick? Taking short breaks btwn Tasks to avoid Burnout. A 5-minute Stretch or a quick walk helps me stay fresh.


4️⃣ My Favorite Life Hack for Others

My most effective life hack is:
"Mind your own business nd focus on Self Growth."

I avoid unnecessary interference in others' matters unless they ask for help. This keeps my mind Stress Free nd saves Energy for important Tasks.

Here are a few more hacks tht work for me:

  • Plan the next day Before sleeping.
  • Keep a to do list nd prioritize Tasks.
  • Learn to say "NO" to distractions.
  • Stay consistent small daily efforts lead to Big Results!
