1️⃣ Which rule do you follow the most in time management every day and why?

I follow only one rule the most for time management in every part of my life and that is to be alert, in fact whenever we are careless towards our tasks, there is a delay in our time management and we can also deviate from our goal. Therefore, the only purpose of our life should be determination and punctuality.

2️⃣ When do you think you waste the most time? Why?

I don't think that I am ever wasting my time, because I have lived my whole life in a strict discipline and timely manner, I have never done any work in which there is a possibility of my time being wasted, and for this reason I have spent my life in a very wonderful way and am still doing the same.

3️⃣ Do you have any effective time management tool or app that you use?

No, I don't know about any such app because my brain has a clock-like device fitted in it automatically, and I have never needed any machine or clock alarm for any of my work.

4️⃣ What is your most effective strategy to balance study/work and personal life?

While studying, I used to make a pre-timetable to control my time and follow it, I did not waste any time other than regular routine tasks and sports time, and yes, to keep my tasks in sequence, I used to keep a "to do" list written on a white board at my workplace. So that I get advance information about my daily tasks.

5️⃣ What changes do you want to make in time management in the next 1 month?

I am going to make only one change in my time management for the next month, I am going to fix time for walking in my morning schedule, so that I will get light exercise and pure oxygen. But for this time I will compensate by cutting down my sleeping time.
